On April 13, 2023, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin took part in the 4th meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan’s neighboring countries.

The meeting was also attended by the foreign ministers of Iran, Pakistan, China, Turkmenistan, Russia and Uzbekistan.

 

 

 

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current military-political, socio-economic and humanitarian situation in Afghanistan, and also exchanged views on resolving issues of providing assistance to the people of this country.

As a result of the meeting, a joint declaration was adopted by the Foreign Ministers of the neighboring countries of Afghanistan.
